A password is issued to each user for your website. This password allows access to the administration area of your website and access to your email account.

If you have set up a security question, you can automatically retrieve your password. Go to the login page for your website, click on the "forgotten your password?" link and enter your login name then answer the security question.

You can access the login page from the "config" link in the footer of any page on your website or directly by accessing www.yourdomain.com/config/.

	Please note: Your login name is the same as your email address. If you are an agent or staff member and have forgotten your login name or cannot login even after retrieving your password hint, contact your broker to reset your password and/or retrieve your login name.
