Login to your Account Administration and navigate to this page:
Loan Apps> View Loans



Download the loan application file by clicking on the button that says "Borrower's App".
A dialog window will appear. Save the file to your local computer.
You can now import the downloaded file into your LOS.

To View a loan application, simply click on the button that says "View Application" under the person that you wish to view the loan application for.


You can also log into your borrower's application if you need to verfiy information or enter more loan information and re-submit it for them.

	Please note: If the borrowers have chosen to apply separately, there will be 2 files to download in step   Save the loan files from the Borrower button as well as the Co-Borrower button.

The broker can reassign an online loan application to any loan agent by selecting a loan agent from the drop down list and clicking the Reassign Loan button. The loan will still be viewable by the broker here but will now appear for the assigned loan agent as a loan application when they log in to their account administration.

To permanently delete a loan application, click the associated Delete link.
