The mail settings described in this support section are applicable only to clients using MorSystems webmail service. In order to use the webmail service you must be added to the website as the broker, loan agent, or staff person and you must be using an email address that ends in the domain name that MorSystems is hosting for you ,someone@yourdomain.com. If your company has chosen to use an independent mail server or if you, as an agent or employee, have entered an email address other than one that matches you company domain (ie: @hotmail.com, @yahoo.com, @aol.com), MorSystems cannot provide any additional support.
