If you have signed up to use webmail through MorSystems, a webmail account will be created by doing the following...

• Add the person/s to your website as a Loan Agent or Staff person in your MorSystems admin area.
• The email address that you assign to your Loan Agent or Staff person must end in the domain name that MorSystems is hosting for you.

Your logo should be 400x100 pixels and your staff images should be 150x100 pixels.
There are several free image resizing programs and websites that you can use to resize your images. Below are several sites that are easy to use for resizing your images so that you can upload them for your website.

When you upload a logo or photograph it must match the specifications listed. If the format of the file you are uploading is not a .jpg or .gif format or the the image's size is larger than specified, the image will automatically be converted. While this will work, the image may not be visible to users of the AOL browser.

If you still cannot see your uploaded image, verify that the color mode of the image you are uploading is set to RGB. Images in set to the CMYK color mode will not display properly within your website.

The broker login as well as the logins of the branded loan agent to that loan file and the Borroware Recipients 1 & 2 (Borroware Recipients are set up by Broker in their admin) can log into their MorSystems admin page and log in to get to their completed Borroware® loan files.

This problem is usually caused if your browser security settings are too high or if a firewall you are using is blocking cookies issued by MorSystems. Please check your firewall and/or browser settings to verify you are able to receive cookies.

Yes. Your MorSystems webmail account limits the number of messages that can be sent each day.

Daily limits for webmail are:

• No more than 100 recipients in the To field.
• No more than 100 recipients in the CC field.
• No more than 100 recipients in the BCC field.
• No more than 50 recipients to any given domain (unless that domain is same as that of sender).
• No more than 600 off-domain recipients per 24 hour window for agiven user.

Daily limits for SMTP clients are:

• No more than 1000 recipients per message.
• No more than 1000 off-domain recipients per 24 hour window for a given user.
